It’s almost too simple to work? As a parent with ADHD, this “hack” has helped me keep my apartment from falling into total and complete disarray. I’ve always struggled with keeping up with household chores, but this has made it so much easier for me to visually see what needs to get done and keep track of it.
TBH, at first I felt embarrassed about having to have this posted in such a public place in my home — like “I’m an adult with a job and a kid, I shouldn’t need to post a chores list!” — but in reality, I do.
And it helps a LOT. So I’ve been trying to let go of that self-judgement and just accept what works for me, works for me!
