Welp, sometimes things just don’t go as planned! We sure gave it a go, I guess going to our remote fishing cabin just wasn’t meant to be this weekend! But, we learn from our mistakes & we’ll try again soon. For me, as a mom, it doesn’t matter what I’m doing, I just love the quality time with my family. I thoroughly enjoyed this family time with my babies! Got a little boat ride in, scenic hiking, family game night, good food & beautiful 4th of July fireworks to celebrate our GREAT nation! Chili recipe:
1 regular ol’ pack of McCormicks chili seasoning.
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of kidney or black beans.
1lb of steak.
Just sear the steak in olive oil, and add all the other ingredients and simmer for an hour or so. That’s all there is to it!☺️ P.S. I usually double the recipe.
